Legal Graphic Designer

Immersion Legal is seeking a Legal Graphic Designer who excels in transforming complex ideas into clear visuals. This role requires proficiency in design software and involves substantial travel to support legal teams during trials while maintaining high-quality visual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal teams to produce polished, compelling visuals for juries, judges, and government agencies (e.g., DOJ, SEC)
• Travel onsite with trial teams and provide ongoing, on-call support throughout the duration of the trial
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while working independently or within a team
• Refine, enhance, and ensure consistency across visual presentations based on client feedback
• Participate in a structured 40-hour-per-week training program (up to 3 months). After the training period, you will transition to a more flexible schedule and support billable work while continuing to grow your skills

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with an efficient and thoughtful design process
• Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work late nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (1–8 weeks at a time)
• Strong composure, positivity, and quick thinking in high-pressure situations
• Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them visually for diverse audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
