Task Manager
ECS is seeking a Project Oversight to work remotely.
This position will work closely with the Director of Data Asset Services (DAS) to support higher executive reporting on DAS projects.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director and her Direct Reports (PCES and V02) to track status of projects within DAS
- Keep the Director informed on status, project delays, and any other information pertinent to Leadership.
- Provide updates in various formats, including (but not limited to) PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams as needed to obtain status and other information
Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and executive summary reporting
- This person will need to be very organized and a self-starter, with proven experience in project management.
- Experience with Software development lifecycle, Agile Project Management using VersionOne software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes OneNote and Teams
- Able to work independently and with others
