About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Associate and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders: Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order, and hand it off to our drivers.
  • Inventory and deterioration management: Stock receivables and manage inventory, including expiration dates.
  • Warehouse maintenance: Clean and organize the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Customer enchantment: Ensure that replacements are approved with the customer and provide exceptional customer support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
