<div><h2>Clinical Consultant – Cardiovascular</h2> <p>Location: Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham, United Kingdom.</p> <p>Position Summary: Abiomed, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, seeks a Clinical Consultant with a focus on Impella® products. The role provides training, clinical guidance, support, and commercial strategy execution across the North of England.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Provide training and clinical guidance to current and future users of Impella® products.</li> <li>Execute the commercial strategy of Abiomed within the region.</li> <li>Improve patient outcomes through professional education and consultation.</li> <li>Supervise all centers where patients are treated with Impella® products.</li> <li>Report clinically relevant data and document results.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with sales colleagues.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Clinical and/or technical training completed, ideally as a healthcare assistant, nurse, or clinical perfusionist.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in direct patient care in the ICU, cardiac surgery operating room, or cardiology cath lab.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of successful commercial experience in the MedTech industry.</li> <li>Strong ability to develop and promote long-term customer relationships.</li> <li>Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team.</li> <li>High flexibility and 80% willingness to travel within the region and as needed for emergency support in the rest of the UK.</li> <li>Driving licence (required).</li> <li>Capability to lift up to 30 kg.</li> <li>Standing for long hours during procedures and conferences.</li> </ul> <h2>Additional Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Located in the geographic area.</li> <li>Be able to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively.</li> </ul> <h2>EEO Statement</h2> <p>Johnson & Johnson, Abiomed is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
