As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exemplary service to multiple clients, including product manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal customers. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients
• Responsible for the intake of all program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents
• Log information into appropriate databases and triage all program-specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist, and/or management team
• Conduct payer research and territory assignment management
• Assist with inbound call volume as received
• Distribute reports daily, disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and/or management team
• Maintain and promote a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management
• Comply with all appropriate program policies and procedures
• Work on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors, and exercise judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action
