About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) in a remote capacity. As a key member of our organically diverse team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from 70+ countries, providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of the world's best-known brands. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service, have an active resident license to sell P&C insurance, and are looking for a "work from home" opportunity, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their insurance plans.
- Process new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver expert customer service with a smile, fostering long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications
- Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- Active license to sell P&C insurance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other digital tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
