**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team, responsible for collecting, organizing, and updating data in our company's databases. As a key liaison between our employees, departments, and clients, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors to ensure accuracy
* Organizing and optimizing data capture to ensure swift and accurate entry
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required
* Collaborating with employees, departments, and clients to collect information and resolve data-related issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees, departments, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient touch-typing skills and a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
