Job Overview
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will play a critical role in identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
- Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
- Assist with analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities
- Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding
- Help create and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and validating the need for data requirements
- Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
- Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
- Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
- May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
