Project Manager / Producer – “Swipe With Faith” (Christian Dating Series) - Contract to Hire

Swipe With Faith is an uplifting Christian dating series designed to highlight authentic connection, real conversations, and God-centered relationships. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, spiritually mature Project Manager / Producer who can help us bring this vision to life. You will work directly with the founders (husband & wife team) to coordinate filming, casting, scheduling, logistics, communication, and creative execution as we develop Season 1. Responsibilities Project Coordination -Manage timelines, tasks, deliverables, and weekly priorities -Build out production calendar, shoot schedules, and checklists -Coordinate communication between founders, videographers, editors, designers, and cast Casting & Community -Assist with outreach for contestants/applicants -Help manage submissions, applications, and interviews -Coordinate contestant communication and logistics (call times, forms, release waivers, etc.) Production Support -Assist in script outlines, shoot planning, shot lists, and scene flow -Organize location logistics, props, wardrobe suggestions, and set readiness -Ensure smooth day-of-shoot execution (reminders, equipment prep with videographer, backups) Post-Production -Oversee editing timelines and revisions -Ensure episodes follow brand style, tone, and mission -Manage delivery deadlines and posting schedule Brand, Social, & Mission Alignment -Maintain a Christ-centered tone in planning and execution -Help coordinate social media moments, episode teasers, and behind-the-scenes content -Keep the project aligned with its purpose: God-honoring connection and storytelling Ideal Candidate -Strong project management experience (Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.) -Experience with video production workflows is a plus -Highly organized, proactive, and excellent at follow-through -Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and keeping people on schedule -Heart for Christian ministry, relationships, and media -Strong communication skills (written & verbal) -Able to solve problems independently and anticipate needs -Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Compensation -$10–$20/hr depending on experience -Part-time (10–20 hours per week depending on production cycle) -Long-term role as we grow the series How to Apply Please send: -A short intro about you + your faith background -Your project management experience -Any experience with video production or show coordination -Your availability and expected hourly rate Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
