Senior Legal Apps Systems Analyst

About the position Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Legal Apps Systems Analyst in the technology department various office locations. The Senior Legal Apps Systems Analyst supports and maintains GT's legal software systems, with a primary focus on Intapp Time and other Intapp products. The position may periodically develop and maintain Intapp Integrator rules, ad-hoc queries and custom reports using Intapp's databases. Responsibilities • Provides expert level support and development for Intapp Time and Time Capture • Develops, supports, and maintains Intapp Integrator rules • Modifies Intapp OPEN forms and workflows • Troubleshoots Intapp Time issues, including synchronization • Troubleshoots Intapp OPEN issues • Provides support for ancillary systems that integrate with other systems at GT, including Aderant, FileTrail, HighQ and other applications • Provides data for ad hoc requests from other teams.
