Senior Remote Freight Dispatcher (US Market)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Dispatcher / Consultant who can not only manage freight dispatching tasks but also provide structured training, mentorship, and process consulting to help build a reliable, efficient dispatch team. This role is perfect for someone who has proven success in dispatching, understands US freight lanes, and enjoys teaching and standardizing operations. Responsibilities: Act as a hands-on dispatcher (load booking, broker negotiations, communication with drivers) Provide training and guidance for new/entry-level dispatchers Develop SOPs, scripts, and workflows for consistency Share expertise on using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and TMS systems Advise on best practices for rate negotiations, carrier selection, and problem resolution Provide consultancy on how to structure dispatch operations for scalability and efficiency Requirements: 3+ years proven freight dispatching experience in the US market Strong knowledge of lanes, rates, and broker/carrier relations Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards Ability to teach and mentor with patience and clarity Comfortable creating training materials, checklists, and SOPs Excellent communication and leadership skills Remote-friendly, reliable internet, available during US hours Preferred: Previous experience training or leading a team of dispatchers Background in logistics consultancy or process optimization Knowledge of compliance and safety requirements in US trucking Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
