Responsibilities • Design and solve complex, real-world finance problems to assess AI model reasoning • Create clear, high-quality, step-by-step financial analyses and decision frameworks • Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding in areas such as financial reporting, strategic planning, and capital allocation • Define and refine evaluation benchmarks based on industry standards and best practices in financial management Skills • 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar leadership role within finance or insurance • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex financial concepts clearly • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management at a strategic level Benefits • Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). • Work in a fully remote environment.
