Key Responsibilities

• Support business clients through optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
