About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers

  • Assist service providers with questions or concerns regarding work orders, policy, and software issues
  • Troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support to customers and service providers
