Work From Home Insurance Sales Consultant (Training Provided | Commission-Based)
About the position
We are hiring motivated individuals for a remote insurance sales role working with families across the United States.
This is a 1099, commission-based position and not a traditional hourly or salaried job. The role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
All work is completed from home using phone and Zoom.
No cold calling. Leads are available.
Responsibilities
• Meeting virtually with families who have requested information
• Assessing protection needs and explaining coverage options
• Helping clients select life insurance solutions that fit their goals and budget
• Completing applications and follow-up
• Participating in training, coaching, and team calls
Requirements
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
Nice-to-haves
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required.
