• Strong background in Financial Planning and Finance
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills and critical thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining business connections
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in operational leadership roles such as CFO, COO, or similar positions is preferred
• Advanced degree
