Are you a proactive problem solver with exceptional customer service skills with a background in CRM systems, specifically Redtail? Ours is a fast-paced, on-your-toes environment, and a positive, can-do attitude is a must. Key Responsibilities • Providing white-glove, first-level support to our CRM users with a focus on Redtail, particularly Commonwealth advisors and their staff • Prioritizing and processing help requests to identify and resolve support issues • Accurately and effectively troubleshoot and solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment Core Strengths and Skills • Familiarity and knowledge of the Redtail CRM System • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills ensure the customer experience is paramount • Patience and capability to walk users through best practices • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 functionality and troubleshooting • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and on-prem domain environments • Experience in providing mobile device support (iOS, Android) Additional Skills and Knowledge • 3+ years working in a technical support role • CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-100, or equivalent technical certification preferred • Experience in a tech services or similar help desk onsite role a plus Please note: This is a full-time opportunity, working 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST with a 30-minute lunch break.
