AI Developer Needed: Build an Intelligent Agent for Invoice Classification and Dispatch
We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to build an intelligent agent capable of handling both inbound requests (quoting) and outbound tasks (invoicing) via WhatsApp and Gmail.
The agent must be able to recognize intents from natural language messages (e.g., "I need a price for 50 ceramic tiles") and execute the following:
Multi-Channel Listening: Monitor incoming messages on WhatsApp and Gmail.
Client Identification: Match the sender's phone number or email to our Customer Database to identify the client.
Personalized Quoting:
Query our product database to retrieve specific items requested.
Crucial: Apply the specific pricing/discount rules associated with that specific client in the database.
Response Generation: Create a formal quote (PDF or text summary) and reply instantly via the same channel (WhatsApp or Email).
Invoicing (Previous Scope): Automatically classify and email invoices when generated.
