Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation and Social Media Management
Job Description:
• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support website optimization, CRM implementation, social media marketing, and lead generation efforts.
• Implement and manage ClickUp CRM for structured lead tracking, follow-ups, and progress reporting.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies on Instagram to connect with ideal clients through content marketing and DM outreach.
• Conduct lead outreach, follow up with potential clients, and schedule wellness consultations.
• Identify and establish collaborations with local businesses for referral partnerships.
Requirements:
• Experienced in CRM tools (ClickUp preferred), social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
