[Remote] QA Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WorkGenius Group is in the gaming industry and is seeking a QA Engineer. The role involves defining quality strategies, collaborating with developers, creating and maintaining test plans, and managing defect tracking processes. Responsibilities • Partner with QA leadership to define and drive team-level quality strategy in alignment with our client’s product goals • Collaborate closely with developers and producers to understand features, assess risk, and plan effective test coverage • Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases, establishing clear testing rhythms for the team • Own and manage the team’s defect tracking process, ensuring issues are properly triaged, prioritized, and resolved • Coordinate with and audit work from external QA partners to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Skills • 2+ years of experience in software QA or a related role • Experience testing service-based or distributed systems • Familiarity with testing web front ends or UI-intensive applications • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Demonstrated experience creating test plans and tracking progress against goals Company Overview • WorkGenius Group is the global talent solution for today's fluid labour market.
