PowerPoint Designer & Creator – Business Development

About the Role We're seeking a talented PowerPoint Designer to create compelling, professional presentations that drive our business development efforts. You'll transform complex ideas and data into visually engaging slides that help our team win clients, close deals, and communicate our value proposition effectively. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for pitch decks, proposals, client meetings, and executive briefings Collaborate with business development and sales teams to understand objectives and craft narratives that resonate with target audiences Transform raw content, data, and talking points into polished, professional slide decks Develop and maintain presentation templates, style guides, and visual brand standards Create custom graphics, charts, diagrams, and infographics that simplify complex information Ensure all presentations align with company branding and maintain visual consistency Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Update and refine existing presentation materials based on feedback and evolving business needs Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience designing business presentations, preferably in a B2B environment Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the full Microsoft Office suite Strong graphic design skills with attention to typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Portfolio demonstrating experience with business presentations, pitch decks, or sales materials Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Understanding of business development processes and sales cycles Familiarity with data visualization and creating impactful charts/graphs Experience in Healthcare or Finance is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
