Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Time Zone) Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly Job Summary: The client is a premier engineering-based cost segregation provider in the United States. Cost segregation is the method of re-classifying components and improvements of your commercial building from real property to personal property, resulting in significant tax savings for the property owner. Responsibilities include: • Analyze various financial, architectural, and construction documentation. • Determine building component costs of commercial properties through estimating techniques and actual cost records. • Prepare cost segregation reports for upper management review. • Manage workflow to ensure project completion within client and internal deadlines. Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, industrial technology, or related field. • Recent graduate and/or candidates with 0-3 years of experience to be considered. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Detail Oriented • Able to work in fast paced, high-volume environment.
