About the position This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program. Collaborating closely with a Field Manager and local contractors, you will visit businesses, pitch the program, qualify them, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities. Responsibilities • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications. • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activity in Salesforce. • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings. • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. • Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Requirements • 1-2 years in an outbound sales role (door to door). • Experience in account management. • Proficiency in Salesforce. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service. • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily. Nice-to-haves • Field sales experience is a plus. • Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation is advantageous. • Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. • High sense of urgency and attention to detail. • Ability to solve problems for applicants in the field. • Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technology.
