As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform.About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day will involve:* Providing exceptional support to customers, guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses* Promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of blithequark's software* Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform* Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed* Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvementHow Will You Make an Impact?As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success and satisfaction.
