As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform.About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day will involve:* Providing exceptional support to customers, guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses* Promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of blithequark's software* Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the blithequark platform* Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed* Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvementHow Will You Make an Impact?As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success and satisfaction. Your contributions will be instrumental in:* Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional support* Identifying and documenting software bugs or issues for continuous improvement* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience* Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of blithequark's software and featuresWhat Makes You a Great Fit?To succeed in this role, you'll need:* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and technology* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner* Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues* Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support* Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!Why You'll Love UsAt blithequark, we're a dynamic and international community of innovators, thinkers, and problem-solvers.
