[Remote] Python Developer - AI Data Trainer

The Python Developer will review AI-generated Python code, solve complex algorithmic challenges, and provide clear explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions
• Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
• Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses
Skills
• Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
• 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
• Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts
• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems
