Bookkeeper/Property Accountant for Retail Center
We’re seeking an experienced commercial property bookkeeper/accountant to manage the accounting for an 11-tenant retail center using Yardi. The role includes rent & CAM billing, CAM reconciliations, AP, and monthly financial reporting. Ideal candidates have prior commercial real estate (retail/office/industrial) experience and are comfortable working from leases and tenant ledgers. This is an ongoing, part-time remote role with some overlap needed with Pacific Time.
