This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Puerto Rico Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administrator | Administration Support Services Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC) Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required Summary We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administrator to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency’s global IT infrastructure. This role provides advanced enterprise administration and engineering expertise across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring secure and scalable operations for over 200,000 users and 250,000 devices worldwide. You will play a critical role in sustaining mission-critical healthcare IT services that directly support the readiness of service members, veterans, and their families. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft enterprise platforms. • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues. • Support security compliance and configuration standards through automation. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams on enterprise-wide solutions. • Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required. Preferred Tools & Technologies • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) • Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) • Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Windows Server OS • System monitoring tools (SCOM, Quest Suite) • PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks Minimum Qualifications • Strong experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, GPO management, and hybrid cloud environments. • Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and drive resolution. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in mission-focused IT environments. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. Education & Certifications • Required (Foundational – one of the following): • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), • OR Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC. • Required (CE – one of the following): • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, • OR Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
