We are growing and looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Broker to our team. This is a fully remote, 100% commission position designed for self-motivated professionals who want flexibility, strong compensation, and the freedom to build their business without micromanagement.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
• Originate residential mortgage loans (purchase & refinance)
• Build and manage relationships with borrowers, realtors, and referral partners
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Structure loan scenarios and ensure accurate, compliant files
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved
What We’re Looking For
• Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred)
• Proven experience closing mortgage loans
• Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
