Grant Compliance & Documentation Analyst (U.S. Only)
About the Role
Our consulting firm is a fast-growing strategic finance and advisory firm supporting clients across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. We are seeking two highly organized, detail-driven Grant Compliance & Documentation Analysts to support a multi-month federal funding closeout initiative.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to maintain high accuracy in a structured, audit-ready environment. You will work closely with senior consultants, a CPA reviewer, and a CFO.
We are looking for experienced, dependable analysts who can operate independently, communicate professionally, and follow structured workflows.
Preference is to be located in NJ but open to remote analyst with the right experience
