Community Solar Program Manager
A company is looking for a Strategy & Program Manager, Community Solar & Storage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate community solar initiatives, including project acquisition and compliance
• Conduct due diligence for community solar transactions and collaborate with internal teams on deal structures
• Monitor community solar regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in energy policy, business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in solar energy, with at least 3 years in community solar program management or compliance
• Experience in project acquisitions, contract negotiations, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with distributed storage policy and market structures
• Deep understanding of community solar regulations and licensing requirements in key markets
