As a leader in Full-Stack Technology Services and Talent Services, TEKsystems offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including 80% of the Fortune 500, and be part of a team that's driving transformation and innovation.About the RoleAs a Remote PART TIME EVENING CSR, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, to inform shareholders about inaccurate voting information. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your customer service skills, work independently, and be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities• Handle 100-300 phone calls daily on an autodialer, ensuring effective communication with shareholders.• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, in a professional and timely manner.• Contact shareholders to inform them about inaccurate voting information and provide necessary guidance.• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a remote environment.Qualifications and RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:• A minimum of 6 months of customer service or data entry experience, with a proven track record of handling high-volume calls and providing excellent customer service.• A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.• Your own equipment, including a laptop/computer and USB-connected headset (Windows 10/11 only), to ensure seamless communication and productivity.Preferred Skills and CompetenciesWe're looking for individuals with:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with shareholders.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.• A customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.• The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.Schedule and Work ArrangementThis is a part-time remote position, with a schedule of:• 6pm-11pm EST, Monday-Thursday.• 12pm-6pm EST, Saturday.• 30 unpaid lunch break.• Total hours: 26 hours per week, without overtime.You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with the autonomy to manage your schedule and work environment.Career Growth and Learning OpportunitiesAt TEKsystems, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
