You'll work closely with our content team to apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets. Your expertise will help us identify untapped opportunities, optimize content delivery, and inform strategic business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions * Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to improve efficiency and effectiveness * Test and optimize marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI methods * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $22/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual who is passionate about data-driven decision-making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
