Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, utilizing internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.

Pre-employment Training and Support

To ensure your success in this role, we offer three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday. This training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to excel as a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex.
