Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • To be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
  • To be a resident of Texas (please note that if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, you will need to apply for the same opportunity under the state-specific requisition)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a professional and positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with the ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the business
