Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour and the chance to work with a global team of professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
  • Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
  • Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation
  • Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in equity management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with various equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
