**Earnings Potential**
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. Here's a breakdown of our earnings potential:
* **Peak rates**: January - April, contractors can earn up to $19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times.
* **Incentives**: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics can earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times.
* **Guaranteed minimum**: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
**Schedule**
As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Here are the details:
* **Seasonal contract**: This contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024.
* **Flexible scheduling**: You'll have the opportunity to schedule your own hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
* **Weekday and weekend options**: We offer flexible scheduling options that allow you to work on weekdays and weekends.

**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure that you're able to provide top-notch support to our customers, we require the following work environment:
* **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space to work from, free from distractions and interruptions.
* **Organized desk area**: We recommend that you have an organized desk area to help you stay focused and productive.
* **Professional appearance (if on camera)**: If you'll be working on camera, we recommend that you maintain a professional appearance.
**Technology Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:
* **Personal computer (no tablet)**: You'll need a personal computer to work from, with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
* **Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS**: We recommend that you have a broadband internet connection with a speed of at least 10 MBPS.
* **Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)**: You'll need a wired internet connection to work from, with no wi-fi or mobile internet.
* **Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date**: We recommend that you have valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
* **USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a USB headset with microphone to communicate with our customers.
* **A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract**: We'll provide a webcam for you to use during the contract period.
**Important Information**
