**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for growth and development, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
* Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
* Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
* Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
* Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
* Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Comfortable working in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
* Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
* High School Diploma or GED
