**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales
* Providing support as a "go to" administrative resource for the sales team, including:
+ Managing general sales mailbox
+ Providing responses to website inquiries
+ Maintaining a professional customer service attitude
+ Entering leads for the sales team
+ Providing quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email, or website)
+ Following up on purchase orders
* Processing returns and orders by following documented processes
* Communicating regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and projects
* Pursuing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
* Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest for upsells
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran, or relevant experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite
* Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in related industries (product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry)
* Excellent communication, business writing, time management, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and managers
* Proficiency with NetSuite and ability to enter data consistently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a sales support role with a focus on customer service and project management
* Knowledge of the CBRN industry and experience working with government, military, or first responder clients
* Experience with CRM software and ability to generate quotes and follow up on purchase orders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells
