Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from various stakeholders, including REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners. Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch customer service, making determinations on appliances, and filing claims within our terms and conditions. With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Making determinations on appliances and filing claims within our terms and conditions
  • Utilize strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Training and Development

At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in your growth and development. Our extensive paid training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role. With a live trainer and small class sizes, you'll receive personalized attention and support to ensure you're fully prepared to excel in your position. The training program will run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Fully remote in Michigan
  • Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) with varying shifts and open availability required
  • Wage: $14.00 per hour with attendance bonuses
  • Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background and drug screen (required)
  • Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
