Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high degree of technical expertise to our team, assisting in the development, configuration, and maintenance of arenaflex's Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs
• Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
• Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on tech needs and implementations
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
• Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
• Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
• Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
• Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Authorization to work in the United States
