Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their fitness needs
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty to arenaflex

- Stay up-to-date with our product range, including shoes, socks, insoles, apparel, and accessories, to provide expert advice and guidance

Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
