**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Business Improvement team at arenaflex. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in qualifying and fostering inbound leads, building business relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying and fostering inbound leads through outbound prospecting and phone calls
* Building business relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth
* Identifying key decision-makers and influencers within new accounts
* Collaborating with partners to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics
* Planning and executing qualified sales meetings and demos with Record Chiefs
* Meeting monthly sales targets and developing a reliable sales pipeline
* Working closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
* Utilizing Salesforce and Effort to track and report on sales movements and results
* Developing a diverse contact list (calls, emails, social media, etc.) for all prospects in your designated territory
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Positive and energetic phone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities
* A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to work in a team environment
* A passion for learning and growth, with a desire to develop and advance in a sales career
* Basic knowledge of business operations, jobs, and organizational design
* Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, marketing, communications)
* 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing a reliable sales pipeline
* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products/services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
