As a Senior Real-Time Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for: * **Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis**: Continuously monitor service levels, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * **Operational Performance Management**: Ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes by analyzing forecasted details and drafting plans for peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational requirements. * **Shift Responsibility Management**: Monitor and address interval-level volume trends, org/site-level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other shift responsibilities impacting business KPIs. * **Operational Expectation Adherence**: Ensure each org/skill adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence. * **Operational Metric Management**: Ensure operational metrics like service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and others are met by all Orgs/skills at the daily level. * **Collaboration and Liaison**: Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/skill, identifying gaps and opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics. * **Planning and Closure**: Ensure timely closure of planning-related activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, BCP planning, and WFM actionable SIMs/tickets. * **Capacity Alignment**: Ensure capacity alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and take necessary actions in case of short-term deficits. * **Mentorship and Development**: Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge. * **Insight and Analysis**: Provide deep insights on metric misses, factual callouts, and paths to green (PTGs). * **Process Improvement**: Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations and simplify current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers. **Essential Qualifications** * **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. * **Minimum 3 years** of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field. * **Proven analytical skills**, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets. * **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * **Experience with WFM tools and technologies**, such as ERC's Workforce Management platform. * **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Master's degree** in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. * **Experience with data visualization tools**, such as Tableau or Power BI. * **Certification in Workforce Management**, such as ERC's WFM certification. * **Experience with process improvement methodologies**, such as Lean or Six Sigma. **Skills and Competencies** * **Analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * **Communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * **Technical skills**, including proficiency in WFM tools and technologies. * **Business acumen**, with a deep understanding of operational metrics and their impact on business performance. * **Leadership and mentorship skills**, with the ability to develop and guide fellow RTAs. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Real-Time Analyst at arenaflex, you will have opportunities to: * **Develop your skills and knowledge**, with access to training programs, workshops, and conferences. * **Take on new challenges**, with opportunities to lead projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including Operations, WFM, and other departments. * **Contribute to the success of arenaflex**, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
