E-Commerce Operations Lead for Amazon/Walmart (Commission Only)

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to assume the role of E-Commerce Operations Lead, responsible for the end-to-end management and performance of our Amazon and Walmart storefronts. This role operates on a commission-based compensation structure and is focused on driving sustainable revenue growth while improving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee product research and selection, manage and optimize product listings, maintain inventory health, and execute marketplace strategies aimed at increasing visibility, conversion, and profitability. This position requires independent decision-making and ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations. A strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, including marketplace policies, performance metrics, and fulfillment workflows, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to scale e-commerce operations through data-driven decisions, process optimization, and effective use of automation or tooling where appropriate.
