As a key member of our Sales Leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the narrative of our company and driving business success. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Communications Specialist to join our Sales Leadership team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering innovative communication strategies that drive business growth and align with our company's vision. Your expertise will be essential in creating compelling Keynote presentations, developing cohesive messaging, and leading a Center of Excellence for innovative sources in the US. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver Keynote presentations for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-stage internal and external communications * Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for innovative sources in the US, creating resources to ensure US Sales messaging remains aligned * Manage presentation development, including storyline, speak music, and deliverables * Establish layout intake, development, and shipping processes throughout US Sales for key communication opportunities * Develop fashionable and cohesive stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences * Roll out a set of communication delivery mediums, including Keynote, video, and web tools **Key Deliverables** * External Top to Top/C-stage outside meetings * Internal Town Halls/Conferences * Business Plans/Account Plans with C-stage audience * Lead a COE for innovative sources in the US, bringing the network together to share general methodologies and provide innovative over-web website to ensure messaging remains aligned **Essential Qualifications** * 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or comparable experience in design or multi-media across various teams, balancing between delivering on short-term projects and driving change * Exceptional Keynote design knowledge with a strong innovative flair * Exceptional writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations * Self-controlled and independent, with high experience of duty and self-steering to be successful * Out-of-the-box problem solver who owns the innovative system in the corporation * Able to efficiently partner with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction * Visible as an innovative problem solver and leader within the corporation * Ability to make clear decisions and stay calm while working under tight deadlines * Handles large portions of work making thoughtful, well-timed decisions **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education * Experience in developing and delivering Keynote presentations for business plans, town halls, conferences, and C-stage internal and external communications * Experience in establishing and leading a Center of Excellence for innovative sources in the US * Experience in managing presentation development, including storyline, speak music, and deliverables * Experience in establishing layout intake, development, and shipping processes throughout US Sales for key communication opportunities * Experience in developing fashionable and cohesive stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure * A chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and innovative communications specialist with a passion for storytelling and a knack for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
