Position Overview

• Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques
• Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
• Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
• Present findings to leaders, including senior leaders
• Act as an internal consultant to partners and provide insights to drive results
• Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:

• Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, is required
• Solid business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Be a strong team player, are self-motivated, and perform well under pressure
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment is required
• Experience with MS Office is required

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
