Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain data to support operational excellence

- Report on the execution of resource planning initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in resource planning
- Find and concentrate data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
- Identify and develop new data sources and essential analytical models and tasks
- Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical methods to highlight business challenges, expected solutions, and important trade-offs
- Develop new critical analytical models or modify existing ones
- Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques
- Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
- Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
- Present findings to leaders, including senior leaders
- Act as an internal consultant to partners and provide insights to drive results
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, is required
- Solid business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Be a strong team player, are self-motivated, and perform well under pressure
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment is required
- Experience with MS Office is required
- Consistently focus on safety and security of self, others, and personal data

- Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
