Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Engineer, you will play a vital role in helping our clients understand the power of our cloud and AI solutions, addressing their technical concerns, and providing expert guidance on how to leverage our technology to drive business success. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key client technical objections, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
  • Provide AI expertise to support technical relationships with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions that impact client adoption of arenaflex's cloud platform.
  • Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex's cloud product integrations in client/partner environments.
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex's cloud platform.
  • Attend client sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with big data, AI, and machine learning programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the cloud and AI space.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within organizations.
  • Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
