Job Description:
• Provide remote, on-demand legal support for civil litigation and estate planning
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Support discovery process and case organization
Requirements:
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Civil Litigation and Estate Planning
• Drafting support (correspondence, pleadings)
• Discovery support
• General organization and support
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently
