Job description About the Role We are seeking a Data Conversion Specialist – Learning Systems Migration to support the implementation of our new Workday Learning platform. This role will focus on migrating data from multiple legacy learning systems and offline sources into the new LMS environment. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and data management expertise, a background in LMS migrations, and the ability to solve data-related challenges while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Job requirements Job Requirements Education & Background Extensive experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) migrations. Hands-on expertise migrating learning records, transcripts, certifications, curricula, and other learning data. Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving data migration challenges. Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and Learning teams on large-scale system transitions. Technical Skills & Competencies Advanced data conversion skills with strong SQL/querying proficiency. Ability to analyze, manipulate, and combine large datasets from disparate systems. Skilled in verifying data integrity, troubleshooting load failures, and ensuring clean migration outcomes. Experience manually building, editing, and uploading content in LMS platforms. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
