About the Role: Online Operator and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Operator and Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders: Pick orders that come through the application, pack the order, and hand it off to our drivers, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Stock and waste management: Stock receivables and manage inventory, including expiration dates, to maintain a high level of efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Warehouse organization: Clean and organize the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure replacements are approved with the customer and provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
